All packages can be tailored to you individual needs and can comprise of a castle and a Giant garden game or a marquee and a castle or any combination or single unit depending on the occasion or target age group.

Delivery/Collection

All our inflatables are delivered and fully set up at your home or business on the agreed day and time.

We aim to be as flexible as possible on collection times and aim to work with every customer on an individual basis

Safety & setting up

Because safety is our number 1 priority:

· All inflatables are staked with 18" steel pegs

· Only waterproof cables and connections are used to power our inflatable blowers.

· Crash mats are provided with every inflatable

· Hire agreements are provided to all customers outlining health& safety requirements

· Castles come with rain/sun covers as standard

Cancellation

We operate a" no fee "cancellation policy as we fully understand how unpredictable Irish weather can be, however, in extreme situations, we do reserve the right to cancel in the event that weather conditions on the day could pose any risk to the safe use of our equipment.
